Basingstoke College of Technology - Official Opening

Dominic and Richard attended the official opening of the new Technology Centre at Basingstoke College of Technology on 24th April. Lord Drayson, Former minister for Science and Innovation, cut the ribbon and said it was 'a huge honour to open the new technology centre'. Principal Anthony Bravo said it was a 'dream come true'.

Our feasibility study for the conversion of a Grade II Listed barn in Old Basing is progressing well. Emily has produced some lovely images depicting the strategy of a series of pod-like insertions.

Fulham Infill Development - Planning Consent

Planning consent was granted this week for our mixed use scheme in Fulham. The project includes 4 residential units with 68sqm of retail space.

Cotton House - Successful Planning Appeal

Our Cotton House scheme has won planning permission at appeal. The Inspectorate commented:

'...the high quality modern building design, using locally referenced materials and incorporating various sustainability measures, would add interest and further variety to the area...'

Production Information is already underway with construction expected to start in the Autumn.
