In December 2005, Design ACB were asked by the design and marketing agency Loewy to assess the current condition of their HQ offices in Pimlico London and to consider options for its refurbishment.

We began with an extensive consultation with the staff, enquiring about the existing conditions within the office. With their feedback in mind we proposed a rationalisation of the workspaces, additional storage and kitchen areas as well as a series of break out/ informal meeting spaces. We also proposed refurbishment of meeting rooms with perforated timber wall linings and metal display boards to alleviate acoustic problems.

First impressions are crucial to a marketing agency, and as such we analysed the sequence of arrival before proposing new street signage, entry doors and a new reception / waiting area, as depicted in these images.
