Project	Refurbishment of Flat within Grade II Listed Build

This small project involved a complete refurbishment of a flat within a Grade II Listed Building in Winchester. Our design approach was to clearly distinguish between the original features of the building and the new contemporary insertions. We proposed a new entrance at ground floor level by converting an existing sash window into french doors and created a second bedroom at first floor level through better use of space.

The project was completed in 2008 within a limited budget.
