Fulham Infill Development

Design ACB have been asked by a private client to maximise the potential of a long and narrow, brownfield site in the heart of Fulham with a mixed use development.

The existing building is a single storey retail unit that adjoins a four storey traditional terrace. This will make way for a new-build contemporary 'bookend' to the traditional terrace.  A new retail unit will be provided at street level with two floors of residential units above. On the top floor will be a large penthouse apartment.

Design ACB are currently in the concept design stages of the project and working with the local authority to establish design principals.
